Q: Do I need to make a reservation?

Although reservations are not required, it is a good idea to place your order as soon as you can to reserve equipment. Certain times of the year are very busy and your reservation will guarantee you have the items you need for your event.

Q: Can I make changes to my reservation?
A.
Yes. We can make changes to you reservation as long as we have the items available. Delivery trucks are loaded the night before your delivery date so changes need to be made day before delivery.

Q. Do you need a security deposit?
A.
We require a valid credit card on file for each order. The amount of your security deposit varies with the size of the order. We do not charge the card until your order has been confirmed, this is usually on delivery. If you pay your security deposit by check we will apply this amount to the final balance due after your items are delivered.

Q. What if items are broken or damaged?
A.
You will be charged the replacement value of the item by the credit card on file.

Q. What Credit cards do you accept?
A.
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Q. Do you charge for delivery and pick up?
A.
Yes. There is a standard delivery charge for each city. Delivery Times are between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Saturday. We can and will deliver at other times but there may be additional charges.

Q. Can someone visit my home or event site?
A.
Yes. Atlas has a staff of event consultants who can measure and layout your yard or event site and advise on best possible scenarios.

Q. What size tents/canopies do you rent?
A.
Atlas Party Rentals carries a wide arrange of sizes ranging from 10 x 10 to 100 x 200. From small gatherings to large festivals, Atlas has a size or style of tent to fit your needs.

Q. Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
A.
You do not need to be home as long as we have access to your back yard. We will stack your items for you there. We will not access a back yard with loose dogs for the safety of our employees .

Q. Do you set up the equipment?
A.
We set-up all heavy equipment items such as tents, tables, chairs and staging. Dishware and linens are stacked in containers and boxes for your easy removal.

Q. Do I need to wash the dishes, glassware, linens etc?
A
. No. Please rinse and scrape off excess food from dinnerware and utensils and place back in the delivery crates. We will wash and sanitize for future rentals.
